How does your service work?
We offer telephone support for your business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Based on information initially supplied, we create your own personalized account profile, which contains the data necessary to professionally and efficiently handle all of your incoming calls. Our receptionists will answer your phone calls as your own receptionist would. Once a message is generated, it is delivered to you via: text messaging to your PDA/cell phone, e-mail or fax.
How long does it take to activate the service?
We normally activate accounts within 2 to 4 business hours during office hours, depending on the account complexity and client requirements.
How are your receptionists trained?
All of our selected receptionists go through an extensive training program before they handle any calls. They are also trained on all new accounts to ensure that they offer efficient, professional, and courteous service at all times.
How much does it cost?
Service plans start from $79.95 per month, and can vary depending on the number of minutes used on a monthly basis.
I already have a receptionist, why should I use your service?
You can utilize Global Messaging Network for after-hour support, weekend coverage, or when your receptionist is at lunch, on vacation or out sick. By using our service around the clock, your staff will have more time to handle the administrative and sales generating duties in your office instead of answering the phone.

What type of quality control do you have?
All calls are recorded and randomly monitored for quality control and training purposes. Each receptionist’s performance is constantly reviewed and documented in order to maintain a high quality service standard.
Do you sell pagers or cell phones?
No, we do not offer pagers or cell phones, as most of our clients already own a cell phone or PDA.
Is there a long-term contract?
At Global Messaging Network, we believe in earning your business every month, and we only offer a month-to-month agreement with a 3-month minimum. Unlike other services, our clients retain our service for the long term due to our excellent and superior service, not due to a binding contract.
