Our call center is located in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Our desire is to employ long-term, career-minded team members who will stay with the company for at least 3 to 5 years. We are looking for team players who want to work for a solid and reliable company that is currently on a growth path. Staff compensation rates are 20% higher than the telephone answering service industry averages. These are full-time positions: We do not hire part-time staff. Because expertise takes many months, we hire people whom we think will stay with the company long-term.

We have several receptionist positions available during all shifts. Applicants must be bilingual in English/Spanish. The positions are located in our Los Angeles, California based Call Center. We currently do not offer any remote employment opportunities.

Job Description

Processing incoming calls for various businesses throughout the United States utilizing a specialized tele-messaging system designed specifically for telephone answering services. Full training is provided. This is NOT a sales or outbound calling position. The clients we serve include business professionals, attorneys, doctors, property management companies, restoration companies, numerous service businesses, contractors and more. We process all types of calls during all hours of the day 24/7/365.

Basic Requirements

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Natural ability to communicate efficiently and courteously.
  • Pleasant and professional phone voice with a professional demeanor.
  • Typing speed at least 35 WPM.
  • Aptitude for making correct decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Solid command of the English language; literate in the spoken and written word.
